Airy Snickers is a refined dessert combining delicate layers of airy protein soufflé with crispy layers and rich creamy nut filling. This cake is inspired by classic European traditions but has gained particular popularity among sweet lovers due to its lightness and harmonious balance of flavors. Each piece features a gentle blend of vanilla dough, caramel condensed milk, and nut crunch, creating a delightful gastronomic experience. It is perfect for festive occasions, cozy evenings with a cup of aromatic coffee or tea gatherings with loved ones. The key is to let the dessert rest overnight for its texture to fully develop and flavors to unite in a sweet symphony.

1
Knead a soft dough: beat 6 yolks with 1.5 cups of sugar, add 250 g of soft margarine, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of baking soda extinguished with lemon juice, vanilla and 3 cups of flour. Divide into 3 balls and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Chicken egg: 6 pieces
- Sugar: 3 g
- Margarine: 250 g
- Mayonnaise: 1 g
- Slaked soda: 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla: to taste
- Wheat flour: 3 g
2
At this time, prepare the protein mass. Whip 6 egg whites to a strong foam, gradually adding 2 cups of sugar.
- Chicken egg: 6 pieces
- Sugar: 3 g
3
Take 1 part of the dough, spread it on a baking sheet by hand, apply 1/3 of the egg white mixture, 'tear' it with a spoon, and bake at low temperature.
4
Do the same with the rest of the test. It should result in 3 layers.
5
Beat 200 g of butter with a can of boiled condensed milk for the cream. Spread half of the cream on the first layer and sprinkle with a tablespoon of chopped nuts.
- Butter: 200 g
- Boiled condensed milk: 1 jar
- Nuts: 3 tablespoons
6
Do the same with the second layer. Apply icing chaotically on the third layer and sprinkle with nuts. It's better if the cake sits overnight (if it survives).
- Nuts: 3 tablespoons
