Cottage cheese cookies without eggs are a delicate and airy dessert that captivates with its soft flavor and ease of preparation. This recipe has roots in European baking traditions, where cottage cheese products have always held a special place. The cottage cheese gives the cookies a creamy texture, while the caramel crust from sugar adds a pleasant sweetness. An important feature is the absence of eggs, which makes the cookies especially crumbly. They can be served with tea or coffee and also used as a base for dessert compositions. The simplicity of preparation and minimal set of ingredients make this recipe ideal for cozy evenings at home.
