Flatbreads with sesame, seeds and whey cheese

4 servings

40 minutes

Sesame, seed, and cheese flatbreads made with whey are a cozy European treat that combines the crunchy texture of seeds, the softness of cheese, and a slight tang from the whey. This recipe may be inspired by traditional village breads using natural and accessible ingredients. The flatbreads are hearty and nutritious, with spices like coriander and nutmeg adding a warm aroma. They can be served as a standalone snack or alongside soups, salads, and hot dishes. Perfect for cozy evenings with tea or as a healthy snack. Due to their simplicity in preparation and rich flavor, these flatbreads will become a family favorite.
