We pour 1 kg of flour.
- Wheat flour: 1 kg

Pour yeast (I use 1 pack of 'Saf-moment') onto the flour.
- Dry yeast: 11 g

Add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Half a teaspoon of salt. A little more than half a glass of vegetable oil.
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: 0.5 glass

We pour everything with water and knead the dough.
- Water: 3 glasss

We cover the heat and place it in a warm spot.

After half an hour we knead and put it away again. After another half hour, we repeat the procedure.

Carefully divide the risen dough into 30 pieces and prepare the pies.

Fry in a deep fryer or in a pan with 500 ml of vegetable oil.
- Vegetable oil: 0.5 glass

For the potato filling, boil the potatoes, make a puree, and mix with fried onions in vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. For the rice filling, boil the rice and fry the minced meat with onions; mix rice and minced meat 1:1. Pepper and salt to taste.
