Chocolate cream muffins are a delicate treat that combines a fluffy texture with a rich chocolate flavor. Their roots trace back to European baking traditions, where each country adds its own notes to the classic recipe. The light aroma of vanilla and lemon zest gives the muffins a special elegance, while the soft chocolate cream makes them even more tempting. These muffins are perfect for cozy tea parties, festive desserts, or simply as a morning treat. The cream made from butter, sour cream, and cocoa is easily applied with a piping bag, turning the baked goods into true works of art. Enjoy the harmony of flavors where sweetness, a hint of acidity, and rich chocolate tones create the perfect balance!

1
Mix the first 8 ingredients (it should be like thick sour cream). Then pour into 8 silicone molds. Bake at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Wheat flour: 4 glasss
- Kefir: 2 glasss
- Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon

Then make the cream. Melt the butter and mix it with sour cream, cocoa, and sugar. To beautifully decorate the muffins, pour the cream into a plastic bag, then cut a small hole in the corner — this way the cream will flow out in a stream.
- Sour cream: 3 tablespoons
- Cocoa: 5 teaspoon
- Sugar: 4 teaspoons
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
