Its roots trace back to European traditions where soft creams are valued for their texture and versatility. This cream is perfect for decorating cakes, filling pastries, and even enjoying on its own with fruits or biscuits. The preparation process resembles alchemy: marshmallow transforms into a fluffy mass, while butter adds richness and velvetiness to the cream. The result is a light yet rich texture with a pleasant vanilla aftertaste. The simplicity of the ingredients makes this cream accessible and convenient for use in various desserts, adding a touch of airy delight.
