Pour gelatin into 2 teaspoons of cold water.
- Gelatin: 8 g

Mix milk, cream, honey, and sugar in a pot and place it on low heat.
- Milk: 300 ml
- Cream 35%: 750 ml
- Honey: 70 g
- Sugar: 80 g

When the mixture becomes hot, add the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, then remove from heat.
- Gelatin: 8 g

Submerge the pot in cold water. When it becomes slightly warm, pour into molds (to prevent panna cotta from sticking to the mold walls, you can grease with vegetable oil).

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, immerse the panna cotta mold in hot water and gently shake it. Then carefully invert it onto a plate.
