Citrus-lemon cake is a refined blend of citrus freshness and the tenderness of baked goods. This aromatic dessert draws inspiration from traditional European recipes where citrus notes complement the rich flavors of almond and spices. The light tartness of lemon and orange juice is perfectly balanced by the honey sweetness and warmth of cinnamon, clove, and ginger. The cake turns out airy, soft, with a rich aroma that awakens the appetite. It is ideal for cozy tea times, celebrations, or simply moments of enjoyment. Topped with almond flakes adds a crunchy texture. This treat not only delights the taste but also fills the home with the magical aroma of fresh baking.
