Fruit Pie Dough
10 servings
60 minutes
A classic recipe for making pie dough that can be combined with different fillings: any berries and fruits will do, from plums and apples to raspberries, cranberries and lingonberries. Thanks to the butter, the pie turns out dense , moderately dry and somewhat reminiscent of a cake in texture.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Check with a match in the middle, where there are more fruits that give more juice.
