Grind the sugar into powder. Roast the nuts in a hot pan and chop them. Mix flour, powder, nuts, cinnamon, salt, zest, and cloves. Add chopped butter. Knead the dough. Cover with film and refrigerate for an hour.

Roll out the dough. Cut out circles (about 5 cm). Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
