Strawberry Scones

Strawberry scones are the embodiment of British baking with a summer twist. Light, tender, and slightly crumbly, they perfectly combine the sweetness of strawberries with the mild tang of yogurt. Historically, scones originated in Scotland and later became popular across Europe as the perfect accompaniment to tea. The addition of strawberries makes them especially fresh and fragrant, turning a familiar pastry into something special. These scones can be served with jam or butter and enjoyed plain as well. They pair wonderfully with morning coffee or evening tea, filling moments with coziness and the taste of summer.
