Dissolve gelatin in 150 ml of hot water.
- Dr. Oetker Gelatin: 10 g
- Water: 100 ml

Put cream with sugar and 100 ml of water on the heat. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. At the end of cooking, add gelatin but do not boil.
- Cream 20%: 200 ml
- Sugar: 100 g
- Water: 100 ml
- Dr. Oetker Gelatin: 10 g

Pour into molds and place in the refrigerator overnight.

Blend strawberries with sugar. Once the jelly sets, take the molds out of the fridge, dip them in hot water for a few seconds, remove the panna cotta, and decorate with strawberry sauce.
