Melt the butter in a water bath. Then cool it down.

Grind tea and pistachios, sift with flour. Separate yolks from whites, beat whites until light foam forms, add powdered sugar and continue beating until peaks form.
- Green tea: 3 teaspoons
- Chopped almonds: 70 g
- Wheat flour: 70 g
- Egg white: 5 g
- Powdered sugar: 150 g

Mix the butter with the flour and gradually add the egg whites, stirring gently. Place the dough in a mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the dough in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

When the dough is ready, take it out and let it cool to room temperature. Cut the dough in half (into 2 layers). Spread jam on the first layer and cover with the second. Top with strawberries, brush the sides with jam, and sprinkle with pistachios.
