Melt butter in a saucepan, add honey, sugar, and spices. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and let it cool, then add the beaten egg and mix everything well.
- Butter: 6 tablespoons
- Honey: 6.5 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Ground ginger: 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom: to taste
- Ground cloves: 1 teaspoon
- Ground nutmeg: to taste
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Sift the flour with baking powder and soda. While constantly stirring, add the flour mixture to the honey-egg mixture. Knead well, wrap in film, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Wheat flour: 3 glasss
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Soda: 0.3 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon

Roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of a couple of mm and cut out desired shapes. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 175 degrees for 4-5 minutes until browned.
