Chocolate paste a la Nutella is a homemade version of the famous hazelnut-chocolate treat that has become a symbol of European cuisine. Its rich flavor combines the creaminess of butter, the depth of cocoa, and the aroma of hazelnuts, creating a perfectly balanced blend. Historically, Nutella originated as an economical substitute for chocolate in Italy but quickly won the hearts of gourmets worldwide. The homemade version allows for control over ingredient quality and enjoyment of a natural product without unnecessary additives. This paste pairs wonderfully with toast, pancakes, croissants, and fruits, turning an ordinary breakfast or snack into true delight. Its velvety texture and rich taste make it an excellent addition to desserts or a standalone sweet treat. Store in the refrigerator but let it warm up slightly before use to reveal its full flavor depth.

- Milk: 2 glasss

After all the milk is poured out, we transfer the contents to a pot and place it on the fire. We bring the mixture to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning and sticking to the bottom of the pot.
