Gently pour the yolks into the whites while mixing. Add to the dry mixture. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.

For the filling, mix mascarpone, vanillin, cream cheese, and powdered sugar, then send it to the mixer and whip until smooth.
- Mascarpone cheese: 3.5 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese: 3.5 tablespoons

Now sprinkle cocoa on the towel and roll the cake into a roll (WARM!!). Let it cool for 15 minutes.
