Mash the cottage cheese with a fork. Add soft butter. Mix and gradually add flour until the dough thickens.
- Cottage cheese: 300 g
- Butter: 180 g
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss

Dust the table with flour. Roll out the dough as for dumplings, not too thin. Cut out circles with a glass.

Pour sugar into a separate shallow plate. Place the circle and press it with your palm to make the sugar stick. Fold this circle in half with the sugar inside. Press it against the sugar again. Then fold it again with the sugar side inside. Press one part into the sugar and the other side into the flour to prevent burning.
