Peach upside-down cake is true culinary magic inspired by Russian cuisine traditions. This dessert combines airy dough with a caramelized fruit topping, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and tenderness. Historically, upside-down cakes gained popularity due to their unusual presentation – the finished cake is flipped over, revealing juicy caramelized peaches on top. The flavor of the cake is rich and creamy with vibrant fruity notes, while its delicate texture makes it especially enjoyable. It pairs perfectly with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee and will adorn any festive table. The uniqueness of this recipe lies in its simplicity and striking appearance that will impress any gourmet.

We leave the fruits to release juice and start preparing the dough: we beat the butter, cream, sugar, and vanilla extract for about three minutes, then continue beating and add the eggs one by one.
- Butter: 30 g
- Cream 20%: 85 ml
- Sugar: 2 glasss
- Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
5
Gradually add the sifted flour and beat for another three minutes.
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass

Cut the remaining peaches (in my case) into small cubes and mix them by hand with the dough. Pour the resulting mixture over the peaches placed in the mold, sprinkle with brown sugar (I didn't sprinkle), and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for an hour. Check readiness with a toothpick (if it comes out dry — it's ready), cool on a rack. Turn onto a plate.
- Peaches: 6 pieces
