Melt the chocolate in the microwave.

Grease the silicone molds with chocolate and put them in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Beat the cottage cheese, butter, vanillin, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Cottage cheese: 400 g
- Butter: 50 g
- Vanillin: 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons

Fill the molds with cottage cheese over the set chocolate, add a berry or any other filling, and fill with cottage cheese. Spread chocolate over the cottage cheese and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
