Nut pie with banana and pear is a harmony of tenderness and aroma. Its roots go back to Russian culinary traditions, where juicy fruits are often combined with nuts to create a rich flavor. This pie features airy kefir dough with spicy notes of cinnamon and vanillin enveloping pieces of banana and pear, adding depth to the dessert. Nuts—almonds and hazelnuts—add a crunchy texture and light sweetness. This pie is perfect for morning tea or as a cozy home dessert. Serve it warm to fully reveal its creamy and fruity bouquet.

On top, we place bananas (optional) or candied fruits. We bake in the oven at 180 degrees. The cooking time is always different, so I check with a toothpick.
