Sweet rolls with curd cream

Sweet rolls with cottage cheese cream are a delicate dessert that combines the softness of pancakes, the airiness of cottage cheese cream, and the freshness of fruits. This recipe, inspired by European traditions, resembles refined sweet rolls popular in France and Italy. The dish has an amazingly harmonious taste: the sweetness of sugar and banana is balanced by the light tartness of kiwi and the creaminess of cottage cheese. Due to its simplicity in preparation, this dessert is perfect for cozy family breakfasts as well as festive treats. Chilled before serving, the rolls gain additional density and richness of flavor. Additional decoration with chocolate shavings or topping gives the dish an exquisite appearance, making it worthy even for the most formal events.
