Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the beaten egg, chopped greens, kefir, flour (sifted beforehand), and baking soda. Mix well.
- Hard cheese: 160 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Kefir 2.5%: 200 ml
- Wheat flour: 4 tablespoons
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon

Let the dough rest for 20–30 minutes.
