Oatmeal cookies with nuts and candied fruits are a true gastronomic journey into the world of Thai sweets. Despite the Western origin of oatmeal cookies, Thai cuisine enriches it with exotic notes. The rich nutty aroma combined with the soft texture of oats creates a perfect balance of crunchiness and tenderness. The candied fruits add bright fruity accents, making the flavor deeper and more interesting. These cookies pair wonderfully with tea or coffee and serve as an excellent energy snack. They are convenient to take along, treat friends, or enjoy leisurely evenings. The ease of preparation makes them accessible even for culinary beginners, while the variety of ingredients allows for experimentation to find your ideal flavor combinations.
