Roll with apple jam

Apple jam roll is a delicate biscuit treat with a thin crispy crust and aromatic fruit filling. While Thai cuisine is known for its exotic flavor combinations, this dessert delights with a classic harmonious balance of sweetness and tartness. The light, airy biscuit made with dry milk and vanilla transforms into an exquisite roll enriched with tender apple jam. The feature of this roll is its texture: soft yet elastic, it holds its shape well, and powdered sugar adds the final touch. It pairs perfectly with a cup of green tea or fragrant coffee. Ideal for cozy family tea gatherings and makes a splendid treat on festive tables.
