Melt the margarine, cool it down, add the other ingredients, and knead well.
- Margarine: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sour cream: 4 tablespoons
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon
- Slaked soda: 1 teaspoon

The dough should not stick to your hands. Roll the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut out circles (I used a small tea saucer to cut them out).

Prepare the filling: mix 200 g of cottage cheese, 1 egg white, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a little vanillin, and 1 tablespoon of flour thoroughly.
- Cottage cheese: 200 g
- Egg white: 1 piece
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin: pinch
- Wheat flour: 1 tablespoon

Place filling on each circle, fold in half, pinch the edges, and brush with egg yolk.
