In a saucepan, mix water and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Add 1 cup of chopped strawberries and cook for 10 minutes until the strawberries soften. Mash the berries with a fork, remove from heat, and add the remaining chopped strawberries. Pour into a bowl, cover, and chill.
- Water: 67 ml
- Sugar: 9 tablespoons
- Strawberry: 300 g

Pour milk into a saucepan, place on low heat for 10 minutes. Add gelatin and stir constantly until it dissolves. Add vanilla sugar. Slightly increase the heat and add the remaining sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Milk: 250 ml
- Dr. Oetker Gelatin: 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla sugar Dr.Oetker: to taste
- Sugar: 9 tablespoons

Remove from heat, add buttermilk. Divide the mixture into 6 small glasses, cover, and chill for 6 hours. Before serving, add 3 tablespoons of jam on top of each and garnish with mint leaves.
