Take a deep pan, sprinkle brown sugar on the bottom, and layer with oranges. Repeat the process: layer of sugar and layer of oranges. Finish with a layer of sugar.

- Water: 100 ml

Simmer covered on low heat for 2 hours. Add water if necessary. These oranges are great with tea and store very well. You can use honey instead of sugar.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

Dip the cooled oranges in melted chocolate.
