Children's cottage cheese cookies are a delicate and airy treat from Russian cuisine. Its base is cottage cheese, which gives it special softness and a slight tanginess. Butter makes the cookies crumbly, while sugar adds a delicate sweetness without overwhelming the flavor. For centuries, cottage cheese products have been part of traditional Russian tea drinking, delighting both children and adults. These cookies are perfect for children's nutrition due to their natural ingredients and lack of chemical additives. They pair wonderfully with warm milk or tea, and their crispy crust and tender center create a cozy atmosphere.
