Chicken muffins are an original dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of chicken fillet with the rich flavor of spices. Their history is linked to the trend of creating healthy and nutritious snacks that are easy to prepare and convenient to take along. With the addition of paprika, parsley, and dill, the muffins acquire a bright aroma, while a piece of cheese baked on top gives the dish softness and an appetizing golden crust. These muffins are perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a light dinner and make an excellent addition to a festive table. They are served hot and can be paired with sauces or fresh vegetables.
