Thin pancakes made with mineral water are a delicate and airy treat, embodying traditional Russian cuisine. Their thinness is achieved through carbonated water, which gives the batter lightness and elasticity. The pancakes turn out soft, with a fine golden pattern and slightly crispy edges. Their taste harmoniously combines light sweetness with the tenderness of milk and eggs. They can be a standalone dish or serve as a base for various fillings—from sweet ones with jam and honey to hearty ones with cottage cheese or meat. These pancakes are perfect for a cozy breakfast or a heartfelt family tea gathering, filling the home with aromas of warmth and tradition.
