Sift the flour.
- Wheat flour: 3.5 glasss

Add 200 grams of butter, sugar, salt, baking soda, sour cream to the flour and mix everything. Knead the dough.
- Butter: 400 g
- Sugar: 1.2 glass

- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Sour cream 20%: 200 g

Pass the dough through a meat grinder, dividing it into pieces (about 10 cm long).

Place the resulting pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you can skip using a meat grinder and pinch off small pieces of dough from a large ball and place them directly on the baking sheet). Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. Remove the cookies from the oven as they turn golden to avoid burning.

While the dough is baking, prepare the cream: put some melted butter (200 grams) in a bowl, add boiled condensed milk. Whip until smooth.
- Butter: 400 g

When all the cookies are ready, transfer them to a separate bowl and crush them with a masher until they are fine crumbs. Not to powder.

Pour the prepared cream into the crumbs. Mix everything thoroughly.

Then pile the cake in a mound (in the shape of an anthill) with your hands.

Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
