Donuts in dark and white chocolate are a true gastronomic delight from cozy American cafes. These airy, fluffy treats combine the tenderness of yeast dough with the richness of chocolate coating. The glaze of dark and white chocolate adds sophistication, creating a harmony of flavors—from the rich bitterness of cocoa to creamy sweetness. They are made with love: the dough is carefully kneaded, fried to a golden crust, and then dipped in melted chocolate, turning into the perfect treat. Donuts will adorn any tea party, perfectly complement morning coffee or serve as a pleasant treat at a friendly gathering. Their softness, lightness, and sweetness make them a favorite dessert for many generations.

1
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add sugar, salt, and mix.
- Milk: 1 glass
- Dry yeast: 10 g
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Salt: pinch
2
Break the eggs into the same bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and whisk everything together. Start kneading the dough, gradually adding flour. The result should be a sticky mass that holds its shape.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil: 2 glasss
- Wheat flour: 350 g
3
Place the dough bowl in a warm place until it increases in volume. Ideally, the dough should rise to the edges.
4
Has it risen? We start preparing donuts. We place a pot or skillet, or deep frying pan on the stove. We pour in vegetable oil. Heat it well.
- Vegetable oil: 2 glasss
5
Meanwhile, we roll out the dough and cut out the donuts.
6
Once the oil is heated, we drop in a couple of donuts. They rise, we flip them. We wait a few seconds and take them out. And so on...
7
We prepare the glaze simply: we melt chocolate in a water bath. We dip the cooled donuts into this sweet mixture, and that's it!
- Dark chocolate: 100 g
- White chocolate: 100 g
