Mix butter, sugar, 1/4 cup of honey, and 3 tablespoons of coffee until smooth.
- Vegetable oil: 0.5 glass

Sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and a pinch of vanillin on top. Mix thoroughly.
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Cocoa powder: 80 g

For the filling, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons of honey, a pinch of vanillin, and 1-2 tablespoons of coffee. The filling should be thick enough but not dry.
- Peanut butter: 180 g
- Powdered sugar: 7 tablespoons
- Honey: 100 g
- Vanillin: pinch
- Natural coffee: 4 tablespoons

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Roll 24 balls from the peanut mixture.

Divide the chocolate dough into 24 parts. From each part, form a small round and place a ball of filling on top.

Wrap the edges of the dough around the filling and roll it into a ball with your hands so that the peanut filling is completely inside. This is very simple. Place on a baking sheet, slightly flattening them, about 1.5 cm apart.

Bake for 10 minutes. Leave the finished cookies on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
