Melt the margarine. Add honey to the hot margarine and stir until fully dissolved. Cool to a warm state.
- Margarine: 150 g
- Honey: 2 tablespoons

Mix sour cream, sugar, zest, then add flour with baking soda.
- Sour cream: 250 g
- Sugar: 150 g
- Orange zest: to taste
- Wheat flour: 3 glasss
- Soda: 1 teaspoon

Knead the shiny elastic dough. Divide the dough into pieces the size of a walnut. Roll into balls, slightly flatten them, and place on a greased and floured baking sheet. Leave about three centimeters between the cookies, as they will increase in size while baking.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
