No-bake pastries with jelly are a quick and incredibly delicious dessert that evokes cozy childhood treats. This recipe originated in Russian cuisine, where simplicity of preparation meets richness of flavor. The base is crispy cookies combined with condensed milk and butter, creating a delicate melt-in-your-mouth texture. Hidden in the center of each sweet portion is a piece of fruit jelly that adds a pleasant tang and brightness to the taste. Coated in crushed peanuts, these pastries gain an appetizing crunch and nutty notes. They require no baking—just chill them to enjoy as a wonderful addition to tea or coffee. This light yet sophisticated dessert lifts the spirits and is perfect for family celebrations.
