Quick cheese pie is a wonderful dish of Armenian cuisine that combines simplicity of preparation and rich flavor. Historically, Armenians skillfully used lavash in various dishes, creating delicious baked goods from it. In this recipe, lavash is soaked in a fragrant egg-milk mixture, forming tender layers, while the filling of feta and cheese gives the pie a rich creamy taste with spicy notes of garlic and spices. This pie is perfect for a quick dinner or snack and can be served hot or cold. It pairs well with fresh vegetables and herbs, and its soft texture and appetizing cheese aroma make it a favorite treat for the whole family.
