Orange jam with lemon juice

Wash the oranges and lemon, dry them. Cut the oranges with the peel lengthwise into pieces.
- Oranges: 4 pieces
- Lemon: 1 piece

Cut the lemon in half, squeeze out the juice, and chop the peel into pieces.

Pour 1 cup of hot water into a pot, add an orange and a lemon, then add lemon juice and sugar. The more sugar you add, the thicker the jam will be.

Mix everything and place on medium heat. After boiling, remove the foam from the top and simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
