Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath until smooth.
- Dark chocolate 60%: 125 g
- Butter: 125 g

Add powdered sugar, flour, and mix thoroughly.

Add two eggs, three yolks, and a pinch of salt one by one, stirring constantly.

Pour the prepared dough into the molds, previously greased with butter, filling them two-thirds full.

Transfer the filled casaletki to a mold and send to the refrigerator for five minutes.
