Apple pie with tea is the embodiment of home comfort and warm gatherings with loved ones. This recipe traces back to the traditions of Russian cuisine, where simple and accessible ingredients transform into an amazing dessert. The soft and airy dough infused with the aroma of cinnamon and vanilla harmoniously combines with tender, slightly caramelized apples. It has a moderate sweetness and pleasant tartness from the fruits, while cinnamon adds a special spiciness. This pie is perfect for a leisurely tea time, creating an atmosphere of home warmth and coziness. It can be served hot or chilled, optionally sprinkled with cinnamon or powdered sugar. And if you add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it turns into a true gastronomic masterpiece!
