Cheese choux buns are a delicate and aromatic treat that captivates with its airy dough and rich cheese flavor. This recipe originates from classic French cuisine, where choux pastry is traditionally used for making éclairs and profiteroles. In Russian cuisine, it has found its application in the form of appetizing cheese buns. The crispy crust and the softness and rich taste of parmesan inside make them an ideal addition to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They are great as a standalone snack or paired with cream soups or salads. The simplicity of preparation allows you to easily delight yourself and your loved ones with this exquisite yet cozy dish that brings warmth and comfort in every bite.
