Beat the eggs with sugar. Let the butter or margarine soften a bit and add it to the mixture in pieces. Mix the mass well with a spoon (you can also beat it with a mixer). Add a small pinch of salt. Introduce flour into the mixture, sifting it through a sieve (optional). Stir the dough. Sprinkle flour on top and place it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

We take small portions of dough and roll it out on a floured table. The thickness of the dough is about 0.5 cm. We cut shapes from the dough using a plate, molds, or simply a knife.

We place the future cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with butter.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and only then place the baking tray inside. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar while hot, then cool.
