The preparation process turns into magical creativity: walls, roof, windows, decorations—all crafted with love and patience. Assembled with meringue and decorated with sweets, it delights the eye and invites tasting. Perfect for cozy winter evenings, family celebrations, or simply for the joy of home warmth.

1
Copy the templates onto tracing paper. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat around 200 degrees, temperature around 180 degrees.
2
Boil the milk in a small pot and melt the butter in it. Thoroughly mix the flour and yeast in a separate bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and the milk-fat mixture to the flour and yeast, and mix everything with a hand mixer on low speed, then beat the mixture at high speed for 5 minutes until it becomes a uniform yeast dough.

- Butter: 75 g
- Wheat flour: 500 g
- Dry yeast Dr.Oetker: 7 g
- Vanilla sugar Dr.Oetker: 8 g

Take 1/3 of the dough (put 2/3 in the fridge), roll it out on a lightly floured surface, and then cut out the front and back walls of the house using prepared templates.
4
Roll out the second 1/3 of the yeast dough and cut out 2 parts of the roof using templates. From the third 1/3 of the yeast dough, roll out a base for the house in the shape of a circle with a diameter of 30 cm.
5
Place all the components of the house on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush them with condensed milk.
- Condensed milk: 30 g
6
Knead the leftover yeast dough, roll it out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut out any decorations for the house at your discretion - door, windows; attach them to the 'wall' part of the house and brush with condensed milk. Place all parts of the house on a baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Condensed milk: 30 g
7
Remove the house parts from the baking paper and leave them to cool on a kitchen rack overnight.
8
To make your house the most beautiful and unique, we suggest sifting powdered sugar and whipping it with 1 egg white to create a pliable mass for decorating the house details. Assemble the house on a plate using the protein mass with powdered sugar to glue the parts together. Decorate the magical house with cookies or sweets, which you can also secure with the protein mass on the house details and leave to set.
- Vanilla Powdered Sugar Dr.Oetker: 250 g
- Egg white: 1 piece
