Oatmeal muffins with pumpkin, nuts, and spices are a fragrant treat with a deep autumn soul. Their history roots back to European baking traditions where pumpkin has been used in desserts for centuries due to its natural sweetness and tender texture. The combination of oat flour makes the muffins light and healthy, while walnuts add a subtle crunch. Spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger give this treat a warm spicy flavor that pairs perfectly with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee. These muffins are suitable for cozy home tea parties, festive autumn gatherings, or simply to indulge yourself in something delicious and healthy.
