Quiche with cheese, onions, and tomatoes is a classic dish of European cuisine originating from France. Grate the butter at room temperature, sift the flour through a sieve, gradually mixing it with the butter. Add 100 grams of sour cream and baking powder. Knead the dough. You may need to add more flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
- Butter: 150 g
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream 20%: 450 g

Chop the onion into half rings and sauté in vegetable oil (optional - olive/sunflower). When the onion reaches a translucent, creamy color, turn off the heat. Add oregano and tomatoes, previously diced into small cubes. Mix well.
- Onion: 2 heads
- Tomatoes: 4 pieces

Cut the cheese into cubes. I used 4 types of cheese — cheddar, Russian, Dutch, and hard processed cheese in blocks.
- Cheese: 200 g

In the remaining sour cream, beat 4 eggs, add oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.

Roll out the dough and place it in the mold, forming the edges. I used a mold with a diameter of 36 cm.

We place onions with tomatoes on the dough, then spread cheese cubes and pour everything with sour cream and eggs.
- Onion: 2 heads
- Tomatoes: 4 pieces
- Cheese: 200 g
- Sour cream 20%: 450 g

Place the mold in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake for 60 minutes.
