Candies made from nuts and dried fruits are an exquisite dessert inspired by European culinary traditions. Its roots trace back to ancient recipes where natural ingredients were combined to create a rich and intense flavor. These candies represent a harmony of the sweetness of prunes and raisins, complemented by the crunchy texture of nuts. A light hint of cognac adds a refined depth, while cocoa and sesame complete the composition, creating a delicate aroma and sophistication. Perfect as a dessert with a cup of aromatic coffee or wine, these candies require no thermal processing and retain all the benefits of their ingredients. They make a wonderful gift or treat for special occasions, as well as a light and healthy indulgence in everyday life.
