Cottage cheese and fruit casserole with orange zest is a delicate dessert with a light citrus aroma and bright fruity notes. This recipe originates from European culinary traditions, where cottage cheese casseroles are valued for their airy texture and health benefits. In this version, the cottage cheese base is combined with yogurt and semolina, while the orange zest adds freshness and sophistication. Sweetness is adjusted with honey, which caramelizes in the oven to create a soft glaze. Added peaches and strawberries make the dish colorful and juicy. It is perfect for breakfast or as a light dessert after lunch. It can be served with fresh berries or sour cream, enjoying the harmony of flavors and textures.
