Nut-filled roll with cinnamon and honey syrup is a refined dessert of European cuisine that combines the crispy texture of dough with a rich nutty-honey flavor. This treat resembles traditional Eastern sweets like baklava but has a unique charm of baking. The delicate dough soaked in spices and the aroma of baked nuts creates a harmony of flavors, while the warm honey syrup adds sweetness and makes the roll especially juicy. It is perfect for cozy tea time or festive treats, served sliced into appetizing pieces with an extra portion of syrup. This dessert not only delights the taste but also fills the home with warmth and the aroma of fresh baking.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease an 18x9x7 cm loaf pan with butter. Roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring 18x28 cm. Brush lightly with beaten egg. Spread the filling in a thin, even layer over the surface and, starting from the shorter side, roll it up. Place it in the prepared loaf pan and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes (check for doneness with a toothpick). Let the roll cool slightly for 5 minutes, then remove it from the pan.
