Cut the butter into cubes. Pour the flour onto the butter and chop with a knife until the mixture is homogeneous. Place the dough in a mold, add an egg, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and sour cream. Mix well. Form a ball from the dough and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Slice the banana into rounds.

Heat the pan and place the fruits on it. Add 30 grams of butter and stir until melted. Add 3-4 tablespoons of syrup and simmer the fruits for about 5 minutes. Finally, when you remove it from the heat, add cinnamon and mix everything.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a bowl, place the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, cream, and mix well with a mixer until smooth. The cottage cheese mixture should be liquid.

Grease the pie baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Distribute the dough by hand in the dish.
