This delicate berry-fruit dessert is no-bake – an embodiment of freshness and lightness. Its base of cookie crumbs and butter provides a pleasant texture, while the rich berry layer with strawberry yogurt fills the dessert with bright summer notes. Gelatin makes it perfectly tender, allowing each piece to melt in your mouth. Originating from Russian cuisine, this dessert evokes warm family evenings and the lightness of festive treats. Whipped cream adds creamy softness, turning it into a true gastronomic delight. This dessert is versatile: it can be served at cozy home tea parties or adorn a festive table. Its simplicity makes it accessible even for beginners, while the rich berry flavor captivates from the first bite.
