Pour the syrup into a pot, add sugar, and cook on low heat until the mixture thickens. Stir constantly, or it will burn.
- Sugar: 200 g
- Raspberry syrup: 200 ml

Take the egg whites out of the fridge and whip them.
- Egg white: 200 g

Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
- Gelatin: 80 g

When the syrup and sugar mixture is thick, remove from heat and add whipped cream and gelatin. Mix well.
- Cream: 200 g
- Gelatin: 80 g

Generously sprinkle powdered sugar in the mold where the marshmallow will be. Spread the mixture and sprinkle powdered sugar on top as well.
- Powdered sugar: to taste

Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
